As a business, we are dedicated to fully integrating sustainability into our operations.
To ensure we remain on the right path, we have participated in the EcoVadis ESG benchmark for the past 5 years. EcoVadis evaluates our sustainability performance, and our results have shown a year-on-year improvement.
We retained our silver certificate, placing us in the 88th percentile of all companies evaluated by EcoVadis. This demonstrates our commitment and significant progress in this particular area.
Our dedicated ESG Steering Committee directs and steers all ESG matters.
Environmental

We measure our carbon footprint annually, and in 2025 we achieved a 30% reduction in overall emissions compared with our 2023 baseline.
Transparency is at the heart of our climate commitment. Our 2025 GHG emissions inventory has been independently verified to the ISO 14064 standard by Carbonology®, a UKAS-accredited verification body.
In 2025, we consolidated our offices, resulting in all our UK offices now using renewable energy and eliminating our reliance on gas. We continue to explore other ways to positively impact the environment.
Social
We actively seek out feedback from employees and take appropriate actions to address the findings. We are proud of the impact we make in our communities—supporting local schools through CV and interview workshops, and offering valuable work experience opportunities. Our commitment to giving back is reflected in the many initiatives we champion, actively supporting a wide range of diverse local, national, and global charities through fundraising and our Giving Back Days.
Governance
We take pride in continuously enhancing our internal governance and operational practices. We proactively update existing policies and introduce new ones as needed, ensuring they remain relevant and effective. Our internal audits lead to valuable process improvements, reinforcing our commitment to excellence. We maintain a strong focus on cybersecurity and are proud to have achieved Cyber Essentials Plus recertification, which demonstrates the strength of our internal controls and governance.
